We will ask about areas of strengths in your business and the areas of improvement. This is an assessment on the key goals you have for 2023.
Stength is about the embers. Keeping the fire burning, stoking the fire.
Focus
We will assess the strengh of your strategy. It must be meaningful and relatable to you and your team. Every focus area must have goals that translate into actionable steps.
